Not Even A Crumb
Montana Gluten Free Processors were recently featured on the Not Even a Crumb blog (www.notevenacrumb.com). Timtana™
This golden flour with its nutty flavor is ground from the seed of timothy grass. It is exceptionally high in protein and fiber. It makes excellent gluten free bread either alone or when combined with PrOatina flour or other flour products. Timtana can be used for tasty, healthy cereal products from breads to deserts, gravies to chicken fried, pizza to taco, pancake to waffle, cereal to snack, even noodles to malt and beer.

The oat is the most nutritious of all cereal grains. PrOatina™ oats (Avena nuda L.) are among the highest protein of all oat varieties usually well over 20%. PrOatina™ is very low in the avenin peptide that cause allergic reactions, possibly equal to or lower than some varieties of rice and corn.
